Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency, from the lowest/deepest/slowest frequency at the root to the highest/fastest at the crown – with each chakra having its own sound, just like it has its own color.

The depth and pitch increase with each chakra note or mantra sound, with the deepest sound and lowest pitch at the root, and the highest at the crown, with the intermediate chakras calibrated between then. Notes start at middle C.
Bija is the Sanskrit word for the sound essence of the chakra (its seed).
Focus your attention on the chakra as you make its sound, either as a note, vowel or mantra sound. Vowel or mantra seed can
be repeated or chanted 3 or more times.
Sounds may be soft and gentle – they do not have to be loud. You do not have to be able to carry a tune or sing to sound the chakra notes – you can sound them silently or aloud.
Each chakra sound, for 1 or 2, or up to 5 minutes each, starting at the root, can be chanted as part of a sound meditation
chakra balancing exercise. You would focus on the chakra as you sound the associated note, and you can add visualiziation of the associated color to enhance the meditation.
In understanding the properties of energy and how it behaves, it is first important to understand the terms vibration, frequency, harmony and resonance. Everything in creation, both animate and inanimate, is made up of moving energy. At the atomic and sub-atomic level there is movement of energy, wherever there is movement of energy there is vibration, and visa versa. Vibration can be described as a periodic or cyclic motion between two extremes around a mid point, a guitar string for example. When the string is plucked it moves in a cycle between two extremes around a mid point, causing a sound wave to be produced at a particular note, or frequency
The Frequency is how many times, or cycles, that are repeated in one second, and is referred to as Cycles Per Second (Cps). For example, to get note “A” requires 440 cycles per second and this is achieved by tightening or loosening the strings.
By slowing this down to 1 cycle per second (below) it can be seen that the wave motion, called a sine wave, moves through a series of changes between two extremes, passing through a mid point. It can also be seen that there is a + /- to show strength or amplitude, which are opposite polarities.
Everything that vibrates resonates at a fundamental or primary frequency, based on the configuration of energy that holds the matter together. A tuning fork is a good example of the precise configuration of matter to achieve a specific sound. A wind chime is also an example of the same material, at different lengths, each having its own unique fundamental frequency and sound. The examples below show various cycles per second, note that the base frequency is called the fundamental frequency. The fundamental frequencies for those shown below would be 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 cycles per second.
Generally, Cps are expressed in Hertz (Hz), 1 cycle = 1 Hz. One thousand cycles would be 1 Kilohertz (Khz), one million cycles per second would be 1 Megahertz (Mhz), etc, human audio peak for sound is about 20 Khz.
Frequency is generally separated into bands within what is called the visible light frequency spectrum. These bands have a Frequency Range e.g. the High Frequency (HF) spectrum bandwidth is 3Mhz – 30Mhz, the Very High Frequency (VHF) spectrum bandwidth is 30 – 300 Mhz. For the purposes of this article only Cycles Per Second will be used. The Frequency Spectrum moves up through the Visible Light spectrum, into the subatomic vibrational bandwidths and beyond. It is at the subatomic level that kundalini and chi manifest. The energetic pattern radiated by these energies can be readily captured by Kirlian photography and it is now possible to measure and map the movement of Chi energy through meridians.
HARMONICS A characteristic of energy generated by a vibration is that there will be a number of frequencies appearing up the frequency spectrum at multiples of the fundamental frequency. These are called Harmonics. The fundamental frequency is also the first harmonic.
In the above example it can be seen that fundamentals share common frequencies at various harmonics e.g. 3 &4 share a common frequency, 12Cps at the 4th & 3rd harmonic. It can be said that at these points they are in harmony and resonate together at a common frequency. The above matrix becomes vastly more complex when all frequencies are considered.
The term sub harmonic is often misused when discussing frequency and harmonics. In a technical and scientific sense there is no such thing as a sub harmonic because fundamentals can only generate harmonics up the frequency spectrum. In the table above it can be seen that 4Cps will generate harmonics at 8, 12, 16, 20Cps etc. What is often called a sub harmonic is in fact a sub multiple of a fundamental or harmonic. Once again, referring to the table above in can be seen that 12Cps has a large a number of sub multiples including; 2, 3, 6 cps. Though sub harmonics cannot be generated naturally oscillators can be used to generate frequencies at the sub multiples that can be mixed with the fundamental, as they will resonate.
Whilst this statement is scientifically true, from an energetic principle it is false. Creational Law states that there is always an equal and opposite movement of energy for everything that is generated. From an energetic perspective there is a sub harmonic generated, that is not measured or captured by science, and in this creation it is generated into the non physical. Why? Because all movements of energy generated in the physical causes an opposite and opposing movement of energy or tone in the non physical; this is the basic nature of polarity in a fractured creation, polarity will always be expressed, in either the physical or non physical.
Frequencies resonate together when they share a common harmonic and are therefore said to be in harmony with each other, or they resonate. The following is an example of mixing frequencies together, in this case a 2Cps tone is mixed with a 24Cps tone, it can be seen that the 24Cps frequency follows the shape of the fundamental 2Cps tone.
If we were to look at this from a frequency spectrum perspective we would see the frequency spikes at 2 and 24 Cps.
DEAD BEAT When frequencies are mixed together they produce a frequency that is a composite of the whole. If two tones of the same frequency were mixed together, they would resonate. However, if one of the tones is then offset to be 180 degrees out of phase, or polarised opposite, then they would cancel each other out creating a dead beat.
When resonant frequencies are mixed together they become a composite if the whole. An analogy might be for example an orange, let us stay that the skin is 6 cps, the flesh is 8 cps, the juice is 10 cps, and gases are 12, when we mix all these frequencies together we have an orange. If we knew all the elemental frequencies of all parts of the orange we could develop a mathematical formula that would express the construction of an orange, based upon the frequencies that go to make up the orange’s resonant frequency. This is why many are obsessed with the use of mathematics as they see that mathematics can be used to express aspects of creation by way of a formula.
If a tasteless and odourless 3 Cps non resonant toxin is injected into the orange, it would still, look, taste and smell like an orange, however it would be harmful. If one were to look at this from a frequency perspective they would see that a non resonant frequency exists at 3Cps. The solution to get rid of the toxic frequency would be to either remove it, or to apply a frequency of the opposite polarity to cancel it out, or Dead Beat it, which would be the antidote.
THE HUMAN EXPRESSION The human body consists of many elements of different properties and densities, skin, bone, various liquids, minerals, water, etc and these are woven together in an orchestrated symphony of tones that make up the physical form. This is called the body’s Resonant Frequency, or energetic signature, sitting within the frequency bandwidth of human expression. The human form is special in that it is able to resonate or tune into a very broad vibrational bandwidth of frequencies, from the gross to the subtle. There are a number of senses that can be used to tune into the subtle energies, each will have a predominant sense that is best developed or refined to tune into these energies. One’s resonant frequency is unique to oneself; however these vibrations are generally a harmonic of Earth’s own unique frequency, the creation which we are part of.Everything in creation vibrates, this includes both ends of the frequency spectrum, which is often termed Polar Opposites, good/bad, saintly/demonic, rich/poor, abuse/honour, Yin/Yang, male/female. It would be true to say that we all sit within the darker denser vibrations in one way or another, and that none are totally isolated from such energies. However, it is also true to say that the spiritual, emotion, mental and physical journey is to transcend the darker vibrations, and to embrace the higher tones of joy, happiness, love and freedom as an expression of one�s experience. The predominant vibration of one�s resonant frequency is based on the power of their thought form; changing thought form will change vibration. It is often said that light cannot shine without the dark, from which it comes.
Another phenomena in the human expression is that of Group Thought or Group Vibration. This is where a group of individuals generate a vibration based upon a common thought or theme such as nationality, sporting clubs, religion/spiritual beliefs, ideology and symbology etc. This group vibration creates an energetic flow, or movement of energy, that embraces all that participate. Usually, these vibrations sit within a defined bandwidth, one will either resonate (tune into) or not, with a particular frequency. Not all willingly participate in a particular group but do so because of the nature of the human dance.
SHAPES, FORMATIONS AND SYMBOLS Shapes, formations and symbols are known to generate certain vibrations. Conversely, vibrations, or tones, will also generated shapes, formations and symbols. Many of these shapes are often used in connection with spiritual or metaphysical endeavours. I would like now to provide a very basic explanation of wave mechanics and vibration to shape relationship. If we were to take a previous example of standing wave created by a guitar and view it on an oscilloscope it will be seen that there is an extreme vertical movement at the top and bottom of the wave. There are also portions of the wave where there is no vertical movement which is at the mid point of the cycle. It has been demonstrated that at these points nodes will be generated, the higher the vibration the more nodes there will be.
Two dimensionally the node concept can be used to describe how geometric shapes, such as a triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon etc, are created when the nodes are joined together by lines. These shapes produce a vibrational resonance that has a basic energetic movement from a two dimensional perspective. When geometric shapes are inscribed within a circle; which is representative of a cycle, unity or completeness, they produce a tone or energetic signature.
These two dimensional geometric shapes are often used for energetic symbology in the metaphysical community to denote a particular spiritual significance of the electrical sacred geometry. In some yogic teachings these geometric shapes also have significance in relation to chakras and colour.
There is also another form of sacred geometry derived from shapes, and this has to do with three dimensional shapes, or formations. These shapes are based upon the triangle, square and pentagon, and are called polyhedrons which are known as Platonic Solids. At the present time there are only five known shapes identified by scientists, and these are the four-sided tetrahedron, six-sided cube, eight-sided octahedron, twelve-sided dodecahedron and twenty-sided icosahedron. Each of the formations has the same shape on every side, with each line in the formation being the same length, and all the internal angles will be the same. Additionally each formation will fit perfectly inside of a sphere, with all points touching the edge of the sphere without overlaps. It can be seen that the triangle forms the face of the octahedron, tetrahedron and the icosahedron, squares form the face of the cube, and the pentagon the faces of the dodecahedron. What we are basically seeing here are three dimensional representations of vibrational energy in their basic form.
Tetrahedron – Octahedron – Cube – Icosahedron – Dodecahedron
From a three dimensional perspective as the nodes cluster together in a sphere they begin to create 3 dimensional shapes. These shapes are formed in a sphere, just as the two dimensional shapes are formed in a circle. 4 nodes evenly spaced will create a tetrahedron; 6 nodes form an octahedron; 8 nodes form a cube, twelve nodes form a icosahedron and twenty nodes a dodecahedron. The straight lines that can be seen on the geometric shapes represent the stresses that are caused by the closest distance between two points for each of the nodes as they spread themselves across the surface of the sphere.
In relation to polarity every movement of energy generates an opposite and opposing movement of energy, or polar opposite, and this is also the case with Platonic shapes which also have a dual. For every Platonic polyhedron there exists another Platonic polyhedron in which faces and vertices occupy complementary locations, which is known as the dual, or reciprocal. The dual of Platonic solids can be created by connecting the midpoints of the sides surrounding each polyhedron. The term symmetry is used to describe the relationship between the shapes, symmetry can best be described as balance amongst systems, or between parts of systems.
The process of forming duals for the Platonic solids is illustrated below. The top row shows the original solids. The middle row shows the vertex figures of the original solid as lines superimposed on the tangential polygons, forming the corresponding duals. Finally, the polyhedron compounds consisting of a polyhedron and its dual are illustrated in the bottom row.

Both the students of Buckminster Fuller and his prot�g� Dr. Hans Jenny devised clever experiments that showed how the Platonic Solids would form within a vibrating / pulsating sphere. In the experiment conducted by Fuller�s students, a spherical balloon was dipped in dye and pulsed with �pure� sound frequencies, known as the �Diatonic� sound ratios. A small number of evenly-distanced nodes would form across the surface of the sphere, as well as thin lines that connected them to each other. If you have four evenly spaced nodes, you will see a tetrahedron. Six evenly spaced nodes form an octahedron. Eight evenly spaced nodes form a cube. Twenty evenly spaced nodes form the dodecahedron, and twelve evenly spaced nodes form the icosahedron. The straight lines that we see on these geometric objects simply represent the stresses that are created by the �closest distance between two points� for each of the nodes as they distribute themselves across the entire surface of the sphere. Sacred Geometry in the Quantum Realm
The relationship between the polyhedrons and structure of crystals and minerals is well known. Table salt is an example of how two different elements, sodium and chloride bond together to form a Platonic Solid of the Cube. Though water is not a crystal in the liquid state, the water molecule is made up of two hydrogen and one oxygen atom that form together in the shape of a tetrahedron. Another example is fluorite crystals which form the octahedron, basically all crystalline structure in creation has a molecular structure based upon either the tetrahedron, cube and octahedron. All these crystalline structures are capable of conducting “electricity” to some degree or another. There is no known natural mineral or molecule that exhibits the properties of the icosahedron or the dodecahedron, whilst these shapes have symmetry they do not have periodicity, (don�t ask!!! Too hard to explain, google it), as crystal formations. However, scientists have been able to manufacture material that has icosahedron or the dodecahedron structures. These crystals are often called quasi crystals, material made with this structure has an extremely high strength, resistance to heat and will not conduct electricity. An example of two such materials are aluminium-copper-iron quasi-crystal alloy, which has the dodecahedron shape, and aluminium-cobalt-nickel alloy which has the shape of a decagonal 10 sided prism.
Platonic Shapes and sacred geometry has expressed across nearly all aspects of the metaphysical community. It has often been said that the Platonic Shapes represent following elements:
Tetrahedron – Fire
Cube – Earth
Octahedron – Air
Icosahedron – Water
Dodecahedron – Ether (though this is not mentioned literature ancestors provided this information)
In the Beginning
In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth — okay you know that part. About 100 million years ago, a group of souls called the Founders, originating in the systems of Lyra and Vega, and later the Pleiades, came to Earth to explore what it would be like to live in a third-density world. They created a DNA blueprint for a humanoid form and populated the galaxy with similar experiments.
They tried on and off for about 90 million years to live in 3D, but it was extremely difficult to lower their vibration enough to be able to inhabit the 3D bodies. These bodies began as single-cell amoebas and gradually evolved into primates and humanoids. The Lyrans tried to embody many times, but were unsuccessful in holding their high vibrations in these primitive humanoid forms. Finally, about 10 million years ago, the Lyrans/Vegans/Pleiadeans successfully incarnated a male-female pair (known as Adam and Eve). They were 7D beings living in 3D bodies. As time went on, they became enmeshed in the 3D form and forgot their 7D heritage. This is known as the fall from grace. They learned of the knowledge of good and evil (duality) through identifying with 3D. The “apple” is symbolic of taking on the energy of the lower densities. After 10 million B.C., the Lyran/Vegan/Pleiadean couple and their offspring became known as the Adamic race.
During the period from 10,000,000 B.C. to about 500,000 B.C., several ET factions from various star systems attempted to take over the Earth. In about 500,000 B.C., the Orions successfully interbred with the Adamic race and diluted the consciousness of the originally peaceful and loving people. They infused their warrior-like, aggressive, competitive nature into the people of Earth.
The “negative” Orions have been visiting Earth for over 500,000 years, off and on, and even though Rigel has evolved significantly over that time, the negative factions from that system are still the dominant dark force on Earth (the Draconians, also known as Reptilians, are a minority of the so-called “dark” forces on Earth – they originated in the Alpha Draconis system). Of course, this is all going by the wayside as we approach the Great Shift.
Regarding the enslavement of humanity by the Orions: Over the past 500,000 years, the Orions have been the number one group controlling humans. Nearly 80% of humanity has Orion genetic strains. The other cohorts are Sirians, Reptilians and Greys (from various star systems including Zeta Reticuli).
The Orions are broken mostly into two factions, the Rigelians and Betelguesans (coined words, of course). The councils of Rigel are the warrior-like aggressive strain, and the councils of Beteguese are more peaceful, light-oriented. They have battled over control of Earth for millenia. The council of Betelguese were the original Illuminati when it truly meant “illumined ones.” When the council of Rigel took over, the Illuminati became corrupted and that is what we have today. Both Orion factions represented polarized light (duality) and that is why this situation has never been resolved. The solution is to transcend duality and live in the Oneness of the Infinite Creator.
The Orions are the ones responsible for the warrior-like masculine aggressive competitive-type human. They took over the human race around 500,000 years ago and the peaceful, benevolent characteristics of the original Adamic humans soon become obliterated by the Orion strain.
Yes, I know, each soul chooses its experiences and we can’t blame the Orions. Okay, we attracted them because of our level of consciousness in order to learn about slavery, mind control and how to turn a peaceful, benevolent race into aggressive warriors who fight for scraps of food and kill over differences in religious beliefs.
Anyway, the Orion control of Earth is about to fall by the wayside. Give it a few more years and they’ll be outta here.
Earth is unique among most civilizations (from what I’ve learned) in that it has both some of the most enlightened and some of the most barbaric of humans. Some so-called “higher-ups” have labeled this place a “penal colony.” I think that’s a bit harsh. But I like what Patricia Cota-Robles says regarding the “laggard souls” or those souls who have refused, lifetime after lifetime, to embrace the light.
She states that we made a soul agreement to take on the laggard souls and educate them in how to awaken. As I would surely agree, that’s an arduous task! Of course, some would say that we should not be overly concerned with the progress of the laggard souls because they are where they are supposed to be in their soul growth. That’s true, but part of their soul growth is to live on a planet with enlightened souls and to learn from them.
Notwithstanding the above, we are meeting with some success in helping them awaken. Look at the daily exposure of lies, deceit and manipulation showing up in countless websites and news sources (for example, rense.com). All this is coming to the surface of mass consciousness because of the daily increasing energy flooding the planet as a result of our collective desire to awaken (and the end of the cosmic cycle). It may be only 20% at best, but some of humanity is waking up. Waking up can be a painful process, especially for those souls who have long put their trust in our government agencies and corporations. In fact, I’d say a lot of people are in the midst of a rude awakening!
Now, back to our history of Earth:
Pan, Atlantis and Lemuria
The Hopi call our present civilization the Fourth World. There were three prior civilizations, as follows:
Pangaea (10,000,000 – 1,000,000 B.C.)
Lemuria (700,000 B.C. – 150,000 B.C.)
Atlantis (125,000 B.C. – 23,500 B.C.)
Egypt and Maya
After Atlantis was destroyed, the more advanced souls set up shop in Egypt and Maya. These civilizations achieved great heights from about 20,000 B.C. until about 11,500 B.C. when they were overrun by malevolent races. The wise members were forced to retreat underground or into the etheric realms. The Egypt and Maya we study today were lower-vibrational remnants of the original civilizations. Legend recounts how Orpheus was given a lyre by Apollo. By playing his lyre, Orpheus produced harmonies that joined all of Nature together in peace and joy.
Inspired by this Orphic tradition of music and science, Pythagoras of Samos conducted perhaps the world’s first physics experiment. By plucking strings of different lengths, Pythagoras discovered that sound vibrations naturally occurred in a sequence of whole tones or notes that repeat in a pattern of seven.
Like the seven naturally occurring colors of the rainbow, the octave of seven tones — indeed, all of Creation — is a singing matrix of frequencies that can be experienced as color, sound, matter, and states of consciousness.
This correlation of sound, matter, and consciousness is important. For as Stanford physicist William Tiller has proved, human consciousness imprints the space and matter of the universe. It is our intent that gives the direction and quality to Creation.
I believe that this matrix of Creation is waiting for us to sound the most harmonious vibrating chord — to sound the universe itself into a perfect, idealized form.
The Music of Atomic Shapes
The Platonic solids, basic shapes of Sacred Geometry, are five three-dimensional geometric forms of which all faces are alike. And each platonic solid represent one of the five elements of creation, as follows:
- Tetrahedron — Fire
- Cube — Earth
- Octahedron — Air
- Dodecahedron — Ether
- Icosahedron — Water
These five Platonic solids comprise the alchemical dance of the elements and of Creation itself. My introduction to the spiritual power of sound began with an experience of this truth.
This happened many years ago, when I was studying with Michael Helios — who is for me a reincarnated Atlantean wizard. Helios discovered the musical proportions and corresponding tone scales for each of the Platonic shapes. He even tuned his keyboard to specific frequencies in order to achieve exact proportions.
During his presentations, he would play the scales and geometries of each shape, without disclosing to his listeners which geometric shape he was playing. Participants meditated on each piece as he was playing it, and then described which of the shapes they had experienced.
The results were extraordinary. Every Platonic solid was correctly perceived, felt, and “seen” during each of the five musical meditations. As a participant myself, this was my first experience of realizing the power of musical transmission and its potential to specifically re-order creation.
This is exactly what the ancient mystics and scientists had always been telling us!
The Dodecahedron, the Universe, and the Human Form
When Michael Helios played his five compositions, I was most profoundly affected by the Dodecahedron. This shape can be seen to represent the order of the heavens and also the perfect mediation between the infinite and the finite — the sphere and the cube.
So let us look more closely at this as one example of the sacred geometric forms that permeate Creation. Through seeing the simplicity and complexity of the Dodecahedron in its relationship of shape and sound, perhaps we can intuit the rest. And through understanding our relationship to the Dodecahedron, perhaps we can begin to sense our own place within the Divine Song that is Creation.
The Dodecahedron is comprised of twelve pentagonal faces. It represents the fifth sacred element, the divine potentiality known as “ether.”
Considering that the Dodecahedron is made up of five-sided faces, it is fascinating that quantum physics researchers in the US and France have recently concluded that, based upon measurements of cosmic waves left over from the so-called “Big Bang,” the universe itself is a Dodecahedron!
Besides the fact that there are five platonic solids and five corresponding basic elements of life, it can be shown that the entire human race is joined in these same basic sacred proportions. For the physical body, with the arms and legs spread, is overlaid by a pentagram, with the fifth point being at the top of the head and the reproductive organs at the exact center.
And each of these points also relates to the number five: five fingers at the terminus of each arm, five toes on each leg, and five openings on the face. Additionally, we each possess five senses of physical perception.
So the Golden Mean proportions of the cosmos and our body temples are closely aligned with the harmony of the musical fifth.
If we can imagine the dodecahedronal-pentagonal shape of this One Song that is the universe, together with the pentagram geometry of the human body, we find inherent in both a divine proportion and a potential for harmonic perfection. The universe and humanity ARE singing geometries. And it is we ourselves who embody the geometry of the cosmos!
Phi and the Musical Fifth
To follow this discussion, we first need to know that the Golden Mean and the Pentagram are closely related. For the angles of the five sides of a Pentagram are at a ratio of exactly 1.618 — the Golden Mean ratio, known mathematically as phi.
The fifth is the interval found in most sacred music, and has a powerful harmonizing effect on the human energy system. It is the first harmonic sounded by a plucked string, and is what gives the note its depth and beauty. Its sacred sound is the hallmark of the Gregorian chant. In fact most divinely inspired music, including some New Age music and that of indigenous cultures, is built around the musical interval of the fifth.
This music-geometry connection is well stated by Goethe, who said, “Sacred architecture is frozen music.” The same is true of the “architecture” of the human body.
It was Pythagoras who first described the fifth interval that has come to be universally recognized for its beauty. It is “an archetypal expression of harmony that demonstrates the ‘fitting together’ of microcosm and macrocosm in an inseparable whole. The fifth is a beautiful sound because it demonstrates how the universe works.”
And in building the phi proportions, along with those of the other musical intervals, into the designs of cathedrals and temples, the architects also are building in the effects of the musical intervals upon which the sacred proportions are based.
These effects, immediately experienced as harmonious, powerful, and centering, can be experienced first-hand when one enters a Gothic cathedral or an ancient Egyptian temple. Being inside such a space helps us to access other dimensions of consciousness. It is the same experience that is reached through listening to sacred music.
The Circle of Fifths and the Chakras
By applying the principles of progression to the harmonics of the fifth, we come to the Circle of Fifths: a musical sequence that prefigures the harmonic relationships of the human energy system. For the Circle of Fifths delineates the chakra system in the human body.
As we know, each chakra is a spinning wheel. Here, we will also note that each chakra comprises, in both sound and color, a literal mandala of geometries.
The musical tones and colors traditionally associated with the chakras are: C (root) red, G (throat) turquoise, D (belly) orange, A (brow) indigo, E (solar plexus) yellow, B (crown) magenta, and F# (heart) green.
The interweaving of the chakras that we get by applying to them the Circle of Fifths represents a more complex system than the traditional, linear progression. And it is interesting to note that in sound healing, the connections between these “chakra harmonics” reflect a strong correspondence between our issues.
For example, in the Circle of Fifths progression, the root chakra (sexuality, survival, and money) is directly connected to the throat chakra (our expression; speaking our truth). And by working with these two chakras, we find that we can heal survival issues.
The Circle of Fifths and the Fibonacci Sequence
In the Circle of Fifths we see another way in which the musical scale is related to Sacred Geometry, for the musical progression is an exact parallel to the Fibonacci sequence.
As we know, the Fibonacci sequence starts with the number 1, and proceeds by adding the two previous numbers. So the second number in the sequence also is 1, then 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, and so on. And a graph of this sequence almost exactly matches the spiral graph of the Golden Mean sequence. One is finite, the other infinite. “As above, so below.”
Fibonnaci realized that the natural branching, flowering, and spiraling forms in Nature followed the same uniform laws found in musical scales, for his sequence mathematically predicts all of the intervals that comprise the chords of music.

Sacred Geometry and the Chanting of Our World
Plato, discoverer of the “Platonic” solids, believed that music was the strongest of all life’s influences. In his treatise the Temaeus, he describes the numerical (vibrational-musical) creation of the physical universe and the soul that animates it. He called upon his students to activate the ancient shrines and sacred temples of the earth with sacred song, employing “perpetual choirs” in order to echo the harmonies of the Heavenly Choir.
Plato’s Republic describes the cosmos as being held together by eight spinning “whorls,” like a giant spinning wheel with eight feminine weavers sounding the fabric of Creation. Each of the whorls contains a planet. And on each planet is a siren who sings her particular note and emits her specific color.
The work of German astronomer and mystic Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) focused on the five Platonic solids, their harmonic ratios, and how these shapes correlated with planetary orbits and sound frequencies. He found the musical tones of individual planets, and the musical scales of planetary movements. As Stephen Hawking reports, Kepler was even able to determine that “four kinds of voice are expressed in the planets: soprano, contralto, tenor, and bass.”
In finding the music of the cosmos, Kepler showed that life forms on Earth follow the same harmonic principles as those found in the stars.
Temples of Sound
Similar knowledge has come out of the hermetic tradition, which saw its Western resurgence in the beginning of the second millennium. During this time, hundreds of Gothic Cathedrals were constructed across Europe, all inspired by this Eastern hermetic knowledge that had just been rediscovered by the mystical order known as the Knights Templar.
Excavating Solomon’s Temple in Jerusalem, the Knights Templar discovered vaults of hidden artifacts and scrolls that described the alchemical sciences of sacred geometry and architecture and their relationship to sound, astronomy, and genetics. Ancient sacred relics also are said to have been found, including the Ark of the Covenant, the Holy Grail, and secrets pertaining to Mary Magdalen and a Holy bloodline.
Inspired by this material, the great Gothic cathedrals, including Chartres, Notre Dame, Salisbury, St.Denis, and Cluny, were designed and built using the principles of sacred geometry and harmonic acoustics.
Chanting and Millennial Shifts
Sacred music and chant is always with us. But surges in its popularity occur at the crucial millennial turning points. This was so during the beginning of the first millennium, at the inception of Christianity, and during the era of the Grail Romances, which began around 1000 AD. And now today, as we forge a new paradigm and write our “script” for the next one thousand years, chanting has again come into prominence.
The sacred architecture employed in the medieval cathedrals reflected specific acoustical properties that were conducive to the constant rounds of perpetual choirs maintained by the monks.
Author John Michell, who has researched the tradition of “perpetual choirs” in ancient Britain, reports that these choirs were maintained in at least three sites: Glastonbury, Stonehenge, and Llantwit Major in Wales. Together, the sites form the rim of a circle in the landscape, with the center at an old Druid site called Whiteleafed Oak.
Michel found that these sacred sites were equidistant from each other, and that their individual locations corresponded to sunrise points and sacred proportions.
Similarly, sacred sites in other cultures also were laid out in geometric relationship to each other, and were maintained with sacred music and chant, synchronized with the seasons and cosmic cycles.
Emotion, Sound, and Form
Science is only now beginning to discover these interrelationships of sound and matter.
Launching the new science of cymatics, Swiss researcher Hans Jenny (1904-1972) conducted experiments showing that inert powders, pastes, and liquids, when animated by audible, pure tones, would form into flowing patterns that mirrored those found throughout Nature, art, and architecture. He showed that there was a correlation between sound and form — that, in effect, the matter of the universe is a physical manifestation of vibration.
And as several articles in the Spirit of Ma’at have reported, Dr. Masaru Emoto has proven over and over again, through photographing water crystals, that there is a geometrical correspondence between human thoughts and emotions and the very shape of the matter that surrounds us. Water, Emoto has shown, “treated” with love or beautiful music, undergoes molecular change into beautiful, harmonious geometrical forms. And the same happens in reverse: chaotic or “negative” thought and emotion cause the crystals of water to become unformed and unlovely.
These ideas are modern reflections of timeless principles well known to all ancient and indigenous cultures.
As Billy Yellow, a Navajo medicine man, sums it up: “Our task is to chant the world, chant the beauty. The world is a reflection of our chanting.”
Reality is created by the numbers – it’s all geometry and follows patterns that repeat in cycles called time.

I want to thank everyone who email about Oprah and the film “The Secret”. Once again we find a film that reminds us how we are moving into higher consciousness, its theme – synchronicity, the ‘law of attraction’, serendipity, based on balance and understanding, Carl Jung …
Heck! I’ve been writing about synchronicity for 12 years on Crystalinks. It’s always good to see a film bring a point home or to a higher level, than say the 1990’s book “The Celestine Prophecy”. The same information gets recycled as another group of souls awakens and moves into consciousness.
Reality is inserts and busy work.
Remember what I teach … Focus on what is unfolding naturally in your life, to understand where your soul is taking you. Be the bystander and laugh at synchronicities as some are positive (functional souls) and some are negative (dysfunctional experiences required). Never play the victim, wounded soul, “Woe is me, I am a victim again” syndrome. Are your thoughts cloudy and your can’t focus to understand what I am saying, or on other things? You know the drill. Get professional help.
Never forget the complexity of it all, and yet, at the same time, it is so simplistic. In order for your soul to set up synchronicities, it shifts the grids, for you and anyone who touches your life related to a specific experience. For example … you are driving somewhere and know parking will be difficult. Your soul (consciousness at another level) moves through the grids, examining the probabilities and finding the best case scenario … the person who will leave a parking spot when you get there.
The Spider Web Effect … Ripples in the grid affect you, the other driver, and many others in the same space time – present and post. That is how experience and synchronicities occur. Often they are set up long before you get to your destination in linear time.
They could be set up by you in dream time, or any given time, as dream time realities do not cease to exist when an aspect of your consciousness returns to physical awareness. While you slumber, your brain puts the world in order New Scientist – February 22, 2007
A friend here NYC saw The Secret and told me about a tool she uses to manifest. She writes down what she wants and claims it brings manifestation. I suppose seeing your intent in writing (an old technique) reinforces the final result in your physical mind. As we are evolving into higher frequency of thought, my readers should understand that their souls call the shots and will not let them. It all goes to DNA programming and your awareness of your experiences down here.
Example: If you get laid off from a job and don’t work for a while, living off unemployment insurance and severance pay, it is because you need a break, whether you realize it at the time or not. We go to the Spider Effect, as we see how this time is spend and how it affects your grid and those in your life. At the end of the day, in the 11th hour, your soul will attract another source of income, that may work better than your old job – or a settlement comes through – or you inherit money – there are windows of opportunity. There is a reason we take breaks in our careers and jobs, generally due to being burned out. Trust you soul to manifest. Watch events in your life unfold and think about why they are happening. You will learn a lot about who you are in 2007. Next year is another set of rules, inserts and experiences.
I love watching the way the soul manifests a plan. It’s all about grid programs playing out. Think about inserts in your programming. For example, you were going to be killed, but you escaped in the nick of ‘time’ (freeze frame, stop action, time travel, deja vu, insert adjustment realignment, ‘right time’). Your grid shifts based on different factors it is programmed to experience, replaces your projection and off you go. It’s all projected illusion, holograms in space-time floating around and experiencing on many levels of awareness, simultaneously. Think about it when you have time. Never view experience with your emotional body, which is challenged, but go to the place your soul sets things up from above, that you play out in the virtual reality below. As is above, so is below … speaking of which …

Pisces – Vesica Pisces
The sun moved into Pisces on Sunday. As we are discussing the geometry of our grid program, we must also review Vesica Pisces part of the creational patterns of sacred geometry. The circles represent the female (ovum) and the oval the male (opening of the penis, sperm, shape of the eye … of creation, god, etc.) The letter ‘Q’ has the same connotation – sperm entering egg – The ‘Q’ Continuum of Creation.
- The vesica pisces (piscis) is a symbol made from two circles of the same radius, intersecting in such a way that the center of each circle lies on the circumference of the other. The name literally means the bladder of the fish in Latin. In the Christian tradition, it is a reference to Christ, as in ichthys. It is called a mandorla (“almond”) in India and known in the early Mesopotamian, African, and Asian civilizations.Geometry — The symbol is formed from the almond-shaped area in the overlap between the circles, as shown in black in the diagram ‹ for certain purposes also including the upper arcs as far as the edges of a rectangle whose sides coincide with the widest points of the almond (as shown in light blue in the diagram). The resulting figure looks like a stylized fish, or in the extended version like a flattened Greek letter alpha.
Mystical and Religious Significance – It has been the subject of mystical speculation at several periods of history, perhaps first among the Pythagoreans, who considered it a holy figure. The mathematical ratio of its width (measured to the endpoints of the “body”, not including the “tail”) to its height was reportedly believed by them to be 265:153. This ratio, equal to 1.73203, was thought of as a holy number, called the measure of the fish. The geometric ratio of these dimensions is actually the square root of 3, or 1.73205… (since if you draw straight lines connecting the centers of the two circles with each other, and with the two points where the circles intersect, then you get two equilateral triangles joined along an edge, as shown in light red in the diagram). The ratio 265:153 is an approximation to the square root of 3, with the property that no better approximation can be obtained with smaller whole numbers. The number 153 appears in the Gospel of John (21:11) as the exact number of fish Jesus caused to be caught in a miraculous catch of fish, which is thought by some to be a coded reference to Pythagorean beliefs. Ichthys a symbol used by early Christians, more popularly known as the fish symbol is created by the almond shape and the light blue extension as seen in the Construction Diagram of the Vesica Pisces above.
Uses of the shape — Other uses of the shape include that by some early peoples of the almond-shaped central area as a representation of the female genitals, and the use of a similar (horizontally-oriented) fish symbol called the Ichthys by early Christians. In Christian art, some aureolas are in the shape of a vertically oriented vesica piscis, and the seals of ecclesiastical organizations can be enclosed within a vertically oriented vesica piscis (instead of the more usual circular enclosure). The most common modern object based on the vesica piscis is the American football, which resembles the interior almond-shaped area of the vesica piscis swept about its long “axis” to produce a 3D object with rotational symmetry.

Every now and again we all have an epiphany, when we attract something, or someone, into our lives that puts more of the pieces of our puzzle together as we move into consciousness. While reviewing the 2002 file Conical Hats my bells and whistles went off, piecing together another part of the geometric design of our reality. If you copy the Golden Mean Spiral several times and use the same center point, then place it in a circle, you obtain another means of viewing a vortex. This can also be done with any calculable spiral such as the Fibonacci spiral.
